CRM Business Administrator (x|w|m) – Hybrid

We are looking for a CRM Business Administrator (x|w|m) at Göttingen (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). In this role, you work in a team with different disciplines and should be aware of both change management and governance, as well as the communication, prioritization and control of all aspects of Salesforce projects. User experience plays a major role for us. You should have the pleasure of taking over all areas of user management, from support tickets to training courses to the development of solutions where the satisfaction of users is the first.

The team consists of six employees who are looking forward to shaping the future orientation of our Salesforce environment together with you. The job is possible in full time and takes place daily remotely as well as on site at the campus in Göttingen.

You define system requirements and customize the Salesforce Platform so that users can fully utilize the potential of the technology and contributes the solution measurably to the company's goal Ensure the simplest, intuitive use of Salesforce

The administration of the platform takes you independently, including user management, reports and dashboards

Support in ensuring data quality, analysis and correction of configuration errors and the use of the Data Loader to update and create data records

You act as the first respondent for new functional requests and changes. To do this, you will research suitable solutions and evaluate their implementation

Close cooperation with sales, customer service and marketing to understand processes and requirements, to process service requests, to give feedback and to escalate topics as needed.

Development, testing and deployment of new platform solutions in cooperation with the IT team

Training on functions, processes, releases and products

Continuous monitoring of new tools, functions and updates of the platform and testing its potential added value for the company

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with well-founded professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the administration of the Salesforce CRM solution

Relevant salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder are required

Confidence with sales processes and functional relationships

Solid experience in user training and very good communication skills

Strong skills in troubleshooting and logical and analytical thinking

Very good English skills, other languages are advantageous
