Coordinator & Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

The body shall include both educational, coordinating and administrative and accounting tasks in the following areas: Open child and youth work / everyday life & leisure Planning, organisation and implementation of offers of open child and youth work Educational support for children and young people in group and leisure settings Ensuring a reliable and structured supply operation Crisis and Conflict Management in Current Group Everyday Cooperation with parents, schools and cooperation partners Family Support Service (FUD) – Building and Development Building and conceptual development of the family support service Organization of individual support services for families Coordination of deployment planning and specialists Development of structures, standards and processes in FUD Network work with external partners and cost providers Coordination and control of the supply structure Overall coordination of offers in the field of everyday life & leisure and FUD Ensuring smooth organisational processes Further development of existing supply structures Quality Assurance and Conceptual Development Performance accounting and documentation Recording, testing and preparation of performance accounting Ensuring correct and timely billing of services provided Coordination with the Financial and Administrative Department Control of conformity between delivery and settlement Support for evaluations and cost center allocation

Complete training or studies in the field of education (e.g. social education, educators, medical education or similar) Experience in child and youth assistance or integration assistance Organisational strength and structured work High social competence and safe occurrence in dealing with children, young people and families Ability to combine educational work and administrative tasks Responsibility and willingness to build new structures
