Process Manager*in for Incident & Problem Management

You take the process responsibility for incident, major incident and problem management within an expert team You are responsible for the continuous improvement of these processes and their mapping in ServiceNow You will develop regular trainings and process trainings as well as regular operational exchange with support units As a central contact person*in you accompany internal customers in expansion and change projects In addition, you will deliver your expertise in ServiceNow projects as well as in request analysis and design of ServiceNow solutions

You draw your attention through very good communication skills, decision-making and an analytical approach to solving IT problems Your appearance is sovereign – even in conflict situations you convince with enforcing and empathy In addition, you have process-oriented, predictive, entrepreneurial and customer- and solution-oriented skills Team-wide, networked thinking and action are of course for you You have a successfully completed training in IT and practical experience in service support processes Incident and problem management Very good ITIL skills, ideally proven by an ITIL Foundation certification or the qualification as ITIL Service Manager*in, complete your profile
