Administrator in the Department of NATO Pipeline Management (f/m/d)

The Koblenz Directorate is looking for management tasks at the Trier Workplace at the earliest possible time: Senior Consultant (m/d) (Entgelunggruppe E 10 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 10 BBesG, ID: KOVA1205, Stellen‐ID 1340311) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. In the administrative tasks business unit, we have a wide range of interests of the federal government and the BImA in different legal areas, fulfil international obligations of the Federal Republic of Germany and take care of the consequences of German reunification. We work with federal ministries, foreign armed forces, state and local authorities as well as companies and private individuals. We need you for that! Do with us BImA! The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). On behalf of the Bundeswehr, BImA is responsible for the legal security of the transmission system, which supplies large-scale military tanks and airfields with fuel throughout Germany. A team at Trier's headquarters in Koblenz is centrally responsible for the entire federal territory. The tasks range from the negotiations with the landowners to the funeral agreements, to the proper safeguarding of management rights, to the complete re-establishment of military use.

You carry out basic acquisitions, conclude funeral agreements or administrative arrangements to secure the NATO pipelines and manage the management rights You shall cooperate with changes in the course of operations, the implementation of reorganization measures and shall regulate any damage after the implementation of construction measures. You monitor industrial cleaning and relocation procedures as well as any forced auction measures and process requests from third parties (construction companies, Telekom, DB etc.) You shall take the interests of the Federal Government in the event of violations of conditions and prohibitions arising from the funeral contracts/ administrative arrangements or in the event of other infringements by the bureaucrats You are responsible for the reprocessing of no longer required line rights/ construction works/ accessories You perceive and create permanent reports dates You deal with fundamental matters relating to the procurement, administration and reprocessing of oil pipeline rights under the LISA FIS POL technical application and the task itself You are responsible for data acquisition in the AED‐SICAD LM geoinformation system based on ArcGIS

Qualification: For employees: Completed university degree (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) of the disciplines Administrative Sciences/Laws/Economics, Bachelor of Laws, Diplom-Jurist/in (1st State Examen) or comparable qualification For officials: Career capacity for the up-market non-technical administrative service Competences: Good knowledge and practical experience with a geoinformation system (e.g. AED-SICAD LM based on ArcGIS) are desirable You have good knowledge in the fields of catastrophe and surveying, as well as the construction lawbook, industrial cleaning law and the basic accounting system, and are also prepared to acquire further expertise in the short term and to work on complex issues. You have knowledge of the federal budget, cash and accounting system (BHO, VV-BHO) Your knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) are well-founded Other: You possess a very good oral and written expressive capacity and the ability to clearly depict complicated material relationships You convince by negotiation skills, enforcement ability and a safe occurrence You work independently and carefully, are reliable and have their own initiative You are teamable, flexible and resilient You have the ability to work creatively and conceptually and have good planning and organizational capacity You are ready to participate in (e.g. several days) service trips and training You have a driver's license class B/3 and are willing to run service car Ready to undergo a safety review
