Thanks to the latest technology, the highest quality standards are met. In the course of business growth, we are looking for an experienced employee Payroll / payroll / billing fee (m/w/d). In this demanding function, you are responsible for the holistic accounting of employees in a layer system in the production environment. The position offers a long-term perspective in a stable business environment and the opportunity to actively participate in the further development of modern payroll processes.

Own implementation of the monthly pay bill for professional/employees (approximately 150 employees) Contact person (m/w/d) for employees, health insurance companies, social security institutions and authorities in pay tax and social insurance issues Processing of all personal-relevant billing operations (entrances and exits, allowances, part-time, one-time payments, VWL, service leasing, advances, certification etc.) Maintenance and control of accounting-relevant data in the ATOSS time management system as well as transfer of pay data to the DATEV Lodas accounting system Examination of periods of absence and illness with a view to the payment of remuneration and retrieval of E-AU and pre-sickness periods Compilation of evaluations and reports (including heavy-handed tax, holiday provisions, merit statistics) Support in operational personnel management, e.g. in accident advertisements, part-time, contract and certification, and the maintenance of personal data

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the area of pay billing Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law Safe handling of MS Office; Experiences with ATOSS or related Time management systems, as well as DATEV Lodas are advantageous Structured, careful and discreet operation and pronounced service orientation Enthusiasm for Payroll and the willingness to actively support ''Hands-on'' in the operating daily business (e.g. in contract and certification)
