Operational sales and earnings responsibility in the field of casting using the available information and management systems. Observation and assessment of market development and competitors and a corresponding orientation of the strategy to these findings. Discipline management of technical staff in the field of vehicle investigations in the area, including management of employee discussions, training and further training as well as personnel deployment planning. Responsibility for the proper functioning and compliance with processes, organisation and implementation of regular territorial meetings. Communicate key figures relating to the area within the framework of territorial meetings. Preparation of opinions on the processing of complaints (organic/disciplinar) in consultation with the specialist consultant. Ensuring customer support including the implementation of appropriate customer-related measures in coordination with the sales staff assigned to the area and supporting the new customer acquisition.
