Assistant (m/f/d)

For our sales office in Unterschleißheim we are looking for Assistant (m/w/d) in parttime 20 hours/week

You take over administrative and organizational activities and carry out general correspondence You are responsible for providing, managing and tracking You create statistics and perform various sales overviews You coordinate dates and create presentations for the area sales manager You are contact persons for the field staff

You have a commercial training and already have first professional experience (ideally in sales) You are reliable, loadable, work structured and accurate You are flexible in working time You are routined in dealing with MS Office, knowledge of Lotus Notes are beneficial
