Senior Manager Controlling (m/f/d)

As a senior manager controlling, you play a central role in the financial and operational management of the Daldrop Group. You create transparency about earnings, liquidity, capital retention and project performance and, together with the Managing Director/CFO, develop the group's controlling instruments, processes and systems. You report directly to the Managing Director/CFO. Responsible coordination and further development of budget, forecast and multiannual planning including GuV, balance sheet and cash flow Creation and further development of the Group Management Reporting, the KPI Framework and preparation of regular business reviews Control of project controlling with focus on project margins, follow-up and claim management, risks, opportunities and project cash flow Implementation and further development of cost center, investment, operation and working capital control Cooperation in establishing uniform standards for reporting, data quality, project master data and control logic Development of controlling processes, dashboards and systems in the course of digitalization and ERP rollout Technical coordination and support of the existing control team Close cooperation with management, finance, project management, sales, purchasing, production, HR and IT Participation in group-wide and international finance and controlling projects

Graduate degree with a focus on finance, controlling, business management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in a project-oriented industrial environment, in plant engineering or in an internationally active medium-sized company Good knowledge of FP&A, management reporting and project controlling, as well as experience with the integrated consideration of earnings, balance sheet and cash flow Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and to prepare them for addressing Safe handling of ERP, BI and reporting systems as well as very good Excel knowledge Interest in developing processes, standards, data structures and digital control instruments Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and a pronounced business partner mentality Binding communication and joy in cooperation with different business areas Very good German and good English skills
