You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the experienced 15-member financial team at the location. In your role, you are responsible for creating and consolidating monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS. You actively shape and optimize the financial processes, in particular with regard to the digital transformation and the use of SAP S/4HANA. They coordinate the integration of new societies into the existing financial structures of the group. In the function, you work closely with the central controlling (presumably with regard to budget, forecast, evaluation and reporting topics) as well as the other adjacent departments (HR, IT, purchasing, etc.). They act as a central contact person for all accounting and consolidation-related issues within the group of companies and report directly to the CFO.

You have a completed business studies or a commercial training with a corresponding further qualification in the area of finance or accounting (e.g. financial and/or balance sheet accounting (m/w/d)). They bring relevant professional experience in financial accounting including consolidation and ideally score with first leadership experience. You can also demonstrate knowledge of the application of MS Office as well as working with ERP systems (preferably SAP). They work structured, result-oriented and convince with a high communication capability and team orientation. They have good English skills in word and writing for cooperation with international subsidiaries.
