Customer/Distributor Service Insurance Clerk (m/f/d)

Service Contact: You are a competent contact for our customers, brokers and sales partners (m/w/d) in all topics relating to the classic and fund-based life insurance business – by phone, email and digital channels. Contract management: You independently process all concerns about the life insurance business – from the receipt of your application to changes in the contract to the payment of your pension. Solution orientation: You recognize customer needs, think with and find individually suitable solutions. Teamwork: You'll get into an experienced 15-person team and participate in cross-departmental projects. Responsibility: You trade independently and reliably – with the customer interest in focus.

Qualification: A completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance (m/w/d) or an economic study. Service competence: You enjoy direct customer contact and show empathy, commitment and liability. Structure & Initiative: You work autonomously, solution-oriented and actively contribute. Digital Mindset: You are safe in handling modern IT systems and digital tools.

Remuneration: unlimited contract with 13.6 salaries incl. Holiday and Christmas money, tariff increases and the possibility for special payments.
