Business Analyst / Process Manager (m/f/d)

Technical support and further development of processes for the provision, maintenance and integration of tariffs and products into external distribution and comparison systems. Coordination of technical and technical requests from external partners in cooperation with internal departments (product, IT, operation, law). Technical interface function for all tariff, supply and application processes (TAA). Maintenance of tariff and comparison software – including test management, acceptances and quality assurance. Active cooperation in sales-related projects, e.g. in the further development of digital final routes.

Completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments or IT businessman with proven good insurance skills. Practical experience in processes close to tariffs, offers or contracts (BiPRO or TAA) within an insurance or sales environment. Understanding IT-close process chains, interface logic and external connection (without programming tasks). First project experience as well as dealing with common methods and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.). Very safe application of MS Office, especially for analysis, documentation and coordination of complex issues. 38-hour week with flexible working hours and sliding time. Individual hybrid home office options by arrangement.
