We rely on tradition and the future – from professional training professions to IT professions, the SWM training is a broad spectrum to train professionals for our future tasks. As a manager of the training, you control our training center with around 35 team members and ensure that we combine modern learning methods with decades of experience and real values.

Management and coordination of the training centre with around 35 employees, responsibility for approx. 400 trainees Design and strategic development of the training professions and processes as well as the didactic concepts Promoting digital transformation within the training programs Control of demand planning in cooperation with departments in terms of content and capacity Networking with personnel acquisition areas within the IHK, Landeshauptstadt Munich and Munich companies Support of special projects

Completed studies or further training as a technician/master*in in a relevant field of our training professions and AdA-Schein Multiannual professional experience in training work and leadership experience as well as corresponding networks Experience in cooperation with decentralized training officers and in networking with specialist areas Joy of dealing with young people coupled with strategic thinking Empathic, visionary, team-oriented leadership with high executive power and excellent communication skills
