Purpose and objective For one of our business partners we are looking for reliable and friendly employees m/w/d for maintenance cleaning in part time.

For the first time, Mo-Fr is planned weekly with 20.0 to 22.5 hours.

Among other entrance areas, stairwells, office rooms and toilet rooms are to be cleaned.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• cleaning of exhibition areas, offices, sanitary facilities and common areas.
• dust wipes, dust suction, wiping and polishing of surfaces and floors.
• Empty and disposal of waste and recycling material.
• Filling of consumables such as soap, toilet paper and towels.
• Window cleaning and maintenance of the entrance areas.
• Monitoring the cleaning state of the assigned areas and reporting of repair requirements.

Technical requirements It is advantageous to provide a training as a cleaning specialist, housekeeper or similar, but not condition. Basic knowledge of hygiene regulations should be available.

Cross entry is always possible.

Driving license car is of advantage.
