Ready for your next step? You have experience in logistics, warehouses or a comparable environment and want to take on more responsibility? Then we develop you in Westerkappeln at Osnabrück in the direction of layer line. You take responsibility in running operations, work closely with your team and grow step by step into your leadership task.

Your working hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00–20:30 – no weekend work.

You support the management and coordination of a shift with around 60 employees. You control the operating procedures in sorting, scanning, loading and unloading as well as loading. You support personnel deployment and shift planning and respond to short-term changes. You pay attention to quality, work safety and compliance with time requirements. You get to know our processes and leadership tasks and develop step by step towards layer management.

Experience in logistics, warehouse, forwarding, package handling, production or a comparable environment - Quereinsteiger (w/m/d) welcome! You want to take the next step towards leadership and take responsibility. First leadership experience as a foreman, shift leader, team coordinator or representation is a plus, but no need. You are reliable, organized and can make clear choices even in the case of high work. You have good German skills (min. C1).
