Managing Director Finance Family Office / Family Holding (m/f/d)

As Managing Director Finance (m/w/d), you take over the overall responsibility for financial management, governance, transparency and further development of the family office's asset structure and, together with another managing director from the family, form the two-headed management. This task is also accompanied by the management of around eight employees. You act as a trusted advisor to the owner family and act as a translator between economic rationality and family interests. The function is long-term. REQUIREMENTS Administrative and organisational management of the Family Office Building and controlling an integrated planning, forecasting and reporting landscape Creation of transparent financial reports for shareholders and bodies Responsibility for accounting, taxes nationally and internationally Participation in investment decisions, in particular in real estate and financial assets Coordination of the real estate and investment portfolio Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team Preparation and monitoring of committee meetings Trustful contact for family, banks, lawyers and consultants

Long-term experience with a recognised tax advisor and auditor Knowledge of accounting, taxes, controlling and governance Experience with complex asset and equity structures High integrity, discretion and diplomatic skill, sovereign appearance Conceptual and analytical thinking German knowledge of native language and knowledge of English TRAINING AND PROCEDURE Studies in economics with a focus on finance/taxes or comparable qualifications Additional qualification as a tax advisor and/or auditor Multiannual experience with tax advisors and/or auditors is helpful Multiannual experience in a family office is an additional plus Additional qualifications in real estate and/or financial facilities are helpful In principle, the future placeholder is expected to work on site. .
