The scope of the task consists essentially of the approval and monitoring of industrial plants with operating areas in accordance with the Incident Ordinance (BImSchV) and of plants in accordance with Article 10 in conjunction with Annex I to the European Industrial Emission Directive (IE plants). In particular, the following activities shall be carried out: Processing of applications in immission protection and water-law approval procedures for the above-mentioned operating ranges according to the fault case regulation and for installations of metal-producing and processing plants such as e.g. metal foundries, galvanised plants and hardening plants with particularly environmentally relevant plants in accordance with the European Industrial Emission Directive 2010/75/EU and the monitoring and consulting of the above-mentioned companies in the field of environmental and occupational safety, with a focus on the issues, immission protection, plant safety (short-term care and technical work protection). Graduate as a Diplom-Ingenieur/-in (TU / TH) or master of the disciplines Process Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Technology or comparable technical-nature studies. In the case of a master's degree acquired at a university of applied sciences, a dual university or a corresponding educational institution, the accreditation of the degree programme shall be demonstrated at the time of completion. knowledge and experience in the enforcement of chemical law (including the Hazardous Substance Regulation) and in the field of plant safety (including the Safety Regulation), high self-initiative, ready-to-use and team capacity for flexible working, strong argumentation skills also in difficult negotiations paired with a high degree of persuasion, good general computer skills as well as routined handling of office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well a driving licence of Class B (motor vehicles).
