LST Logistik GmbH is an innovative engineering office that specialises in the planning, testing and project management of projects in control and safety technology.

In the field of the planning of signalling systems, we accompany the projects with our team of 10 employees in the complete performance phases of HOAI, from basic determination to pre- and design planning to execution planning and awarding the services.

Our diverse range of technical services includes the planning of rail transfer systems and control systems in all existing techniques from mechanical control to modern ESTW and DSTW systems. We offer the appropriate planning of EOW plants for location areas. In addition, we specialize in measuring microsites and bringing the execution planning to the rail with our engineers and state-of-the-art measuring technology.

With our long-standing, experienced project managers, EBA-accredited reviewers and contractors, we complete the portfolio in signal technology and offer reliable and competent solutions in your projects from the beginning to the end.

Job description: In this position you control complex projects in the field of control and safety technology. You co-ordinate all parties involved, ensure smooth project execution and monitor dates, costs and quality.

Your tasks: • Project control from A to Z: You take over the control of out and new construction projects in the railway sector – from initial planning to handover to the users. • Flexibility in use: The project work is done in the team In-House or directly with the customer on site. • Create appointment chains: You first and check appointment chains with all the participating areas. • Consultation: You are assisting builders with questions about control and safety technology and technical equipment. • Process optimization: You evaluate planning processes and identify optimization potentials. • Decision preparation: You prepare choices by evaluating technical, timely and economic facts and showing the project manager possible options. • Monitoring and control: You monitor dates, costs and quality, evaluate deviations and make them decide. • Negotiations: You conduct and support negotiations with external contractors, authorities and contractors.

• A (special) university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in electrical engineering, communications technology, control and safety technology or comparable. • Alternatively, a degree in the field of industrial engineering or project management with the willingness to work intensively into the control and safety technology. • First professional experience in the rule and in the process landscape of the Deutsche Bahn or the willingness to acquire this knowledge. • The motivation to participate in continuing and continuing training. • Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. • Team spirit, safe occurrence and enforcement capability. • High self-employment, readiness to travel, economic thinking and resilience and self-initiative. • Class B licence.
