Workshop Manager (m/f/d)

You plan, control and control maintenance, maintenance, installation and repair work. You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines and quality management requirements. You are organising the personnel deployment and coordinate your team according to your needs. You carry out trainings and assignments and promote the professional development of your employees. You are responsible for spare parts orders and for the necessary material availability. You control systems, detect optimization potentials and actively drive improvements to machines and processes. You work with the energy management team and support an economic and sustainable plant operation. You coordinate and supervise external service providers and foreign companies. If you need, you pack yourself up and are professionally a reliable contact person for your team.

You have a technical training, ideally as a mechatronic, electrician or in a comparable field. You bring experience as a specialist and convince with leadership – ideally you have master qualification. You have well-founded professional experience in operating technology and operating electronics. You work structured, solution-oriented and keep track of multiple parallel tasks. You take responsibility, act independently and enjoy developing yourself and others. You combine leadership skills with a pragmatic, clear and pronounced hands-on mentality.
