Exhibition Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the preparation, planning and implementation of the IFAT projects abroad in close cooperation with the subsidiaries (including from the exhibitor acquisition, design of the framework programme to the final accounting position and complaint processing)

You develop the individual projects conceptually, strategically and in terms of content, analyze and evaluate development and change potentials and implement appropriate optimization measures operationally

You initiate competition analyses, observe independent market and competition developments, visit relevant industry events in Germany and abroad and identify new trends

You create, control and control event sets, bills and reporting

You structure and coordinate the workflows with the subsidiaries in a targeted and solution-oriented manner

You advance topics in small expert teams, establish them together with the project teams at the various international trade fairs and thus promote the cross-site knowledge transfer as well as a uniform brand presence

You have a successfully completed (specialised) university degree (e.g. BWL, tourism or event management) or a relevant vocational training, have gained experience in project work and ideally bring knowledge of the environmental industry with

Through your business background, you have the competence to manage the number-number-based projects as well as a pronounced methodological competence with the focus on analysis and design

You bring a high customer and service orientation and the ability to derive promising measures from the knowledge gained through customers

You have high intercultural competence, excellent communication skills, a safe and binding occurrence, readiness to travel, knowledge of English in word and writing and ideally a further foreign language

You are strong in sales and have fun in building and maintaining networks as well as enjoying the work of committees and a good feeling for markets

It distinguishes an independent way of working as well as a high level of sense of responsibility and quality, inspires with your organizational talent, creativity and flexibility as well as with your resilience and team skills
