For the location in Hamburg-Finkenwerder we are looking for you as Mfg.Eng. Business Methods Engineer MTM Calculation (m/w/d) in full time.

THERE HAVES:

• Creation of MTM time scales according to STV (Standard Time Value) and UAS (Universal Analyzing System)
• Contact for production, work preparation, engineering and central areas
• Timely evaluation of modifications, process optimizations and suggestions for improvement
• Identification and implementation of optimization measures in production
• Planning, initiation, support and technical examination of work contracts for the creation of MTM STV time scales
• Implementation of time-economic projects
• Cross-programme clarification of time-economic policy issues and further development of MTM-time building blocks
• further development of the calculation method and the process for the Hamburg plant
• Working in cross-work projects on the time economy
• Creation of reports and presentations
• Creation of time-economic evaluations with tools such as TICON, Google Sheets and Palantir

THE BRINGS WITH:

• They have completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of industrial engineering or another field of engineering.
• You already have 2 years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing / production, manufacturing engineering and process improvement.
• Very good knowledge of SAP and TiCon
• Good knowledge of Lean Management and project management
• German language skills and good English skills
