Process Mechanic Plastics Technology (m/f/d)

Ensuring a time- and quality-oriented production of injection molded parts in a production environment Implementation of precise quality controls according to internal and customer-specific requirements Set up, start-up, monitor and optimize injection moulding machines from the Arburg and Krauss-Maffei brands Operation and coordination of peripheral equipment and monitoring of the material conveyor system – for a smooth production process Maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of production facilities to ensure high plant availability Execution of new or modified injection moulds including complete documentation Assessment and sampling of new materials in cooperation with quality assurance and production Careful documentation of all relevant process and production data to ensure traceability

Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics technology Experience in handling machines from Arburg or Krauss-Maffei as well as completing corresponding courses Self-employed and conscientious working Technical understanding and quality awareness Teamability, reliability and flexibility Good knowledge of German in word and writing
