We are looking for a:n dedicated:n intern:in, who supports or supports our team in the development and implementation of strategic concepts in the retail network environment. Together with the respective markets, we are working on a clear, structured approach to derive market-specific strategies – and you are in the middle of it from the outset. With us you take responsibility early: You actively participate in the support of selected markets, analyze relevant market data and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations for action. Together with the market leaders and the central team, you accompany their implementation and get real insights into strategic work at international level – with visible impact. THE WORK You are building real strategy by actively supporting us in developing an international trader network strategy for Mercedes-Benz Trucks in the European core markets – in direct exchange with markets and central teams You experience how strategy becomes reality by working with the implementation in selected countries and helping to tailor concepts to local circumstances. No theory practice, but real practice You gradually take responsibility and get the opportunity to take over your own subprojects or clearly defined tasks in the work on selected markets. In doing so, you analyze data, support the derivation of measures and work together with the team and the market leaders on the implementation. You make ideas a feasible plan by working on the development of a clear roadmap and learning to translate strategic goals into concrete milestones. You work on topics with visibility by supporting strategic projects – e.g. during the preparation and organisation of traders and expert panels or workshops – and thus have direct impact on the network

Studies You are registered:r Student:in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable degree course (e.g. Business Engineering, Economics, International Business) at Uni, FH or DH

Experiences & skills You have fun in analysis, you like to think structured and interested in strategic questions First contact points with strategy, project work or consulting are a plus – but no need You work structured, independent and reliable, and you want to take responsibility for your own tasks or even a market You like to communicate, work well in the team and feel comfortable in exchange with international contacts:in You're interested in preparing results vividly, creating presentations and clearly communicating content You are passionate about the commercial vehicle industry, trader networks and issues related to markets and networks

IT knowledge Very safe handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and teams Experience with Power BI is a plus – but no requirement

Language skills Very good English skills Another European language (e.g. French or Italian) is advantageous, but no need
