Intern/Working Student in Manufacturing Engineering (m/f/d)

Do you want to not only analyze technical solutions, but actively develop and put them in practice? In the field of manufacturing engineering, your focus is on the further development of production facilities and processes. You work on the design, modelling and optimization of machine components and accompany projects from the first concept idea to the implementation at work. During your at least six-month internship or working student activity, you support our team in day-to-day business, participate in design and development tasks and gain insights into a modern, international production and technology environment. Construction and modelling of components and assemblies for production plants Creation of technical drawings, parts lists and production documents Conversion of existing 2D designs into structured 3D models Participation in the further development and optimization of our production machines Analysis of existing machine concepts and development of technical improvement solutions Support for machine conversions and the implementation of constructive changes directly in the production environment Working with standardization projects for assemblies and components Maintenance and structuring of construction data in our PRO.FILE PDM system Implementation and documentation of design changes in CAD and PDM Close cooperation with manufacturing in implementing technical solutions

Advanced study in mechanical engineering with a focus on construction, development or a comparable subject Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint First practical experience with CAD systems, ideally Autodesk Inventor knowledge of PDM systems, preferably PRO.FILE Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Technical understanding and interest in design, machine development and production processes Joy in developing and standardizing existing solutions Independent, structured and reliable operation High self-initiative, hand-on mentality and joy in team collaboration
