Support and support of complex credit commitments from customers in economic difficulties as well as responsibility for the intensive care/refurbishment portfolio assigned to you Development of the necessary measures in the context of problem credit management together with the customers and, where appropriate, external consultants Creation, monitoring and follow-up of action plans for intensive care customers and monitoring the implementation of rehabilitation concepts / restructuring measures providing your specialist knowledge as a service provider within the bank; Support our customer supporters in dealing with risky loans Co-responsibility for the Bank’s risk early recognition to ensure early transfer of risk-bearing exposure to problem credit management Co-responsibility for individual value adjustments related to your credit commitment

Training as a bank clerk / as a bank clerk, ideally complemented by an economic training Multiannual professional experience in credit business, e.g. in corporate customer consulting / corporate customer support, credit analysis or problem credit processing Good knowledge of problem credit processing, intensive care or rehabilitation / restructuring are advantageous Embossed negotiating skills and enforcing power combined with complex, cross-cutting and solution-oriented thinking Team skills and sensitivity and empathy in handling customers in challenging situations Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high self-responsibility and conceptual work Convincing argumentation, safe occurrence and a structured way of working Decision-making, motivation and resilience as well as a calm and balanced personality
