Leadership:Inside: You are contact person:in no. 1 for your team – with questions, problems, conflicts. You conduct regular conversations and are present at the locations. Application and holiday planning: You coordinate the daily deployment planning of your drivers: both inside and out of vehicles and ensure fair holiday planning. Health status & Performance: You're looking at times, talking back, and working actively to keep your team healthy and motivated. Driver recruitment: You are new drivers at the hiring: from the pre-selection to the interview. Cooperation with the technical bat manager: For workshop appointments and vehicle technology, there is a separate contact person – you agree closely to ensure that your drivers: always have usable vehicles.
