This makes this job interesting for me: 50Hertz is one of the four transmission system operators (ÜNB) in Germany. We transport electricity at maximum voltage level. The approximately 2,100 employees of the company create something that, until recently, seemed impossible: to advance the energy transition at a high speed and to maintain security of supply. In the System Analysis team, I can work directly to develop innovative solutions for monitoring and analysis of system management processes. In this context, I can further significantly deepen my knowledge of process optimization and system understanding. My tasks: development of KPIs and monitoring systems for the sustainable quality assurance of system management processes, design and implementation of a system for ensuring the conformal system behavior of network connection customers, further development of system analyses for predicting system requirements, design, development and automation of tools for ex-post analysis of operational data, operating ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders such as the Federal Network Agency and the BMWK, responsibility for the cyclical and case-by-case processing of system information, Design and further development of methods and systems for providing accounting data for system services.

degree in the field of electrical engineering / energy technology or of industrial engineering with a corresponding focus, system understanding for electrical energy systems, deeper knowledge in a programming language (e.g. Matlab, Python, R), analytical, innovative and solution-oriented thinking, High levels of autonomy, readiness to learn and enforcement, expressed team spirit, Very good communication and network competence, Language knowledge: German (C1) and English (B2).
