End-to-end responsibility for AP/AR & Documentation: Incoming invoices (release, formal examination, forwarding, monitoring), creditor/debitor processes incl. master files, cases of clarification and dunning as well as evidence of the project companies Payment transactions and treasury-related tasks: bank account maintenance and statement/delivery of payments Liquidity planning and monitoring for project companies Support of reporting, banking reporting and accounting processes in cooperation with accounting ERP and Process Responsibility: Process Image/ Optimization in ERP, Ensuring Data Consistency (“Single Source of Truth”) Interface communication with internal/external project participants, in particular in cooperation with asset management

That's what you bring

Completed commercial training or business studies Relevant professional experience in financial operations or financially relevant processes (AP/AR, payment transactions, documents; ideally liquidity planning) Very good understanding of the process, great care and reliability – especially for payments, master data and deadlines Ideally experience with ERP systems as well as pleasure in process improvement and system optimization Analytical skills and numerical affinity Embossed, service-oriented communication strength as well as joy in cooperation with diverse interfaces Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
