Regional Sales Manager (w/m/d) Region South Germany, Austria and Slovakia Honda is the most important engine developer and manufacturer worldwide. As part of the management of the Honda Marine sales targets for the region Southern Germany, Austria & Slovakia, we are now looking for a:n Regional Sales Manager:in with pronounced sales affinity and high service orientation. Your duties

Your expertise is required: Responsibility for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through coordinated action plans with traders Analysis of sales performance and planning and implementation of appropriate countermeasures for target deviations Close cooperation with the retail network to increase the market share and brand presence of Honda Marine Monitoring the financial situation of traders including control of cash flows Support and coaching of retailers in marketing and sales activities, product training and assortment planning Ensuring representative market availability Precise sales forecasts by region and product group Analysis of the Competitiveness of Honda Marine Products and Regular Reporting to Country Managers Development and implementation of measures to improve the competitive position together with the Marine Team Support for sales promotion and promotion activities, especially at boat fairs Construction and development of a brand-compliant dealer network according to EU Corporate Design Leadership, motivation and further development of traders and their teams to ensure excellent customer service
