on-time control of civil engineering projects during the planning and implementation phase Control and coordination of all project participants (construction companies, planners, authorities, internal departments etc.) Processing, coordination and organisation of the required VOB correspondence Monitoring the project budget, auditing of invoices and compiling cost forecasts Monitoring the project objectives with regard to time and economic compliance Project management of construction projects, including tendering and awarding, construction monitoring and coordination, acceptance and billing

completed engineering studies, preferably in (low) civil engineering, settlement water management or comparable discipline Knowledge and experience in project management, project management, construction management or construction monitoring of larger (low) construction projects safe handling of application-related software, e.g. MS Office, MS Project Communication strength, enforcement ability, structured and solution-oriented working methods, team orientation good knowledge of building and contract law (VOB/BGB) and in the HOAI German language skills
