For this reason, we are looking to strengthen our team in the consulting center, at the next possible time, patient advisor (m/w/d) for the telephone service. Professional patient advice: You are a professional and binding contact person for our patients with questions about admission, treatment and surgery. Supported receiving support: You support our patients in the reception process and accompany them on their way to their treatment in a beautiful clinic. Coordinated surgical termination: You agree OP appointments for our clinics and ensure a reliable appointment. Active occupancy control: You support the occupancy control and contribute to an efficient utilization of our clinics through the targeted use of modern computer systems.

You will enjoy the telephone consultation and personal contact with people – and of course also with our office dogs. You are distinguished by a very good communication capability and sensitivity, in particular by telephone contact. Also in challenging conversation situations, you remain left, professional and friendly. You have secure MS Office knowledge and are happy to work in new systems. You are a team player, think and act independently, solution-oriented and responsible at the same time.
