Full project responsibility for new construction and renovation projects, including cost, quality and appointment control Management and coordination of all internal and external project participants as well as management of planning services and service providers Contract management and controlling of external partners Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as technical building management Support for demand assessments, location analyses and feasibility studies

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or comparable Found experience in the control of construction projects, ideally with knowledge in HOAI, VOB and other relevant regulations Structured, independent working and good understanding of complex construction processes Embossed communication and coordination strength Economic thinking and organisational skills
