Technical Application Manager (m/d) Groupware and Exchange (On-Premise, Cloud, Hybrid) (in Stuttgart, Freiburg, Heilbronn, Reutlingen or Ulm)

Application support and 2nd level support as part of the technical application Application provision (virtualization), loadbalancing, failure protection Relocation, migration and reorganisation of hardware and software while maintaining the functionality and availability of central services Advice, user administration and training Development and maintenance of operating concepts, manuals and documentation of the services Administration, bug analysis, problem solving Co-operation and possibly subproject management in projects for the further development of the services Automation and optimisation of IT services are desired in perspective

Studies in Computer Science/Economic Informatics or Comparative Vocational Training, ideally with professional experience Experience and motivation for activities in technical application support and administration of systems Experience in the application management of Groupware and Communication Solutions (MS Exchange, Active Directory) Experience in the placement, operation and release management of applications Own initiative and independent operation Teamability, flexibility and resilience Experiences with DevSecOps, networks, as well as focuses of IT security desirable Good knowledge of English and German level C1
