Processing and management of incoming orders in the goods management system in close coordination with customers

Cooperation with external partners in import processing and logistics services

Disposition of batches from stock as well as sighted goods in cooperation with purchasing

booking of goods inputs and outputs and associated warehouse and batch management

Preparatory accounting support, including payment monitoring and dunning

Processing of customer complaints and prompting of sample shipments

Careful maintenance and updating of customer master files in the system

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade management, or a comparable qualification

English language skills in word and writing for international correspondence

Embossed number affinity as well as joy in dealing with calculations and Excel tables

A structured, result-oriented and analytical method, coupled with cost-conscious thinking

Impressed communication and negotiation strength and a friendly and binding occurrence

A good understanding of thematic relationships and process-oriented work
