Commercial administration (no A-Z administration!) of a defined real estate stock and associated creation of rental exposés taking into account the development of rental prices on the market Correspondence and close cooperation with our clientele, external service companies, legal representations, authorities etc. Organisation and implementation of object visits, in particular with a view to reducing vacancies and increasing profitability Accompanying the entire rental process: from termination processing to deficiencies processing to acceptances and handovers Ensuring traffic safety in close cooperation with our technical team Maintenance and updating of property data as well as independent acquisition of new tenants

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Practical experience in dealing with SAP and common Microsoft Office applications are desirable German language skills in word and writing Impressed communication strength, a high degree of customer orientation, self-initiative and team spirit Pragmatic action, solution-oriented thinking and negotiation skills and the necessary flexibility for a dynamic working environment
