Your duties

• Customer-related holistic care based on a Christian human image
• drug and wound care or other medical regulations
• Contact between customers, relatives and doctors
• Participation in compliance with concepts, standards and methods of care
• Instruction and support of our trainees and interns by planning and implementing professional practice instructions
• Assessment of trainees and conducting development talks

• A state-recognized degree as an elderly caregiverin, nursing professional / nurse or health caregiverin
• A further training on the practical instructions or the willingness to complete them
• independent work, flexibility and reliability
• Organisational ability, commitment and team capability
• Class B licence
