Senior Account Manager and Project Manager - E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Ownership for your customers: You are responsible for several existing customers in B2B e-commerce both strategically and operationally. Project Management & Counseling: You plan and control complex digitalization projects (Shopware 6, PIM, Middleware) and consistently respect quality, schedule and budget. Interface professional: You translate complex customer requests into structured professional requirements and user stories as a sound basis for our implementation. Sparring partner at eye level: You work closely with our devs and software architects and make sure that the solutions meet your customers' goals perfectly. Hands-on instead of voting: You can use basic shop configurations (shipping, payment types etc.) independently in Shopware. Digital forerunner: You are burning for new trends in e-commerce and are happy to try new tools (e.g. AI support for analytics, concepts and communication). Results are the focus: You keep an eye on web analytics and tracking, evaluate results and make proactive recommendations for your customers.

Experience: Multiannual professional experience in project management or account management, ideally focusing on e-commerce & Shopware Technical foundation: You are technically versed and understand how modern web applications work. You're not afraid of putting yourself in the backend hand. Communication talent: You will be safe, you will be in German (flowing) as well as English and can easily explain complex facts. Macher mentality: You work on your own initiative, solution-oriented and have the drive to complete projects not only, but to make them excellent. Analytical thinking: You have a quick understanding and keep an overview even with extensive requirements. AI as a tool, not as a buzzword: You naturally use AI tools in your working day and see a clear lever for you and your customers.
