You are responsible for the planning, design, implementation, documentation and evaluation of electrical engineering training (main focus of advanced technology training) with reference to Nordex® wind turbines You keep theoretical and practical training for internal employees and external customers, both in presence in our state-of-the-art training center and online You continuously optimize and update the training content in cooperation with cross-site specialist groups based on current technological developments and the participant feedback You monitor and evaluate the training efficiency through participant feedback, exams and performance reviews You make sure that the training participants have the necessary expertise and skills to carry out all electrotechnical activities in the wind turbines You work with internal specialist departments to ensure a practical and current training offer You participate in training and seminars to expand and deepen your skills

You have several years of practical experience in maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting at Nordex® wind turbines, ideally from generation Gamma up You have profound knowledge of plant technology and system relationships of the Nordex® platforms You have the skills as an electrical specialist or meet the requirements for electrical skills (e.g. completion as an electronic / mechatronic (m/w/d))) You have a high technical understanding and willingness to work in new systems and content, ideally you have knowledge in the field of converter technology / power electronics You bring the ability and motivation to pass on knowledge in a practical, comprehensible and targeted manner. Your knowledge of German and English is good in word and writing You already have experience in communicating technical content before groups or in the training environment You are ready to learn, reliable and like to work in the team You are ready to travel occasionally and perform training at different training locations and have a class B driving licence
