You are responsible for carrying out risk and process-oriented audits at all Group companies and in the respective business units with a direct line of reporting to the Financial Board You are responsible for the professional management and coordination of the staff assigned to the audit As a business partner, you take over the advice of the Management Board and the departments regarding process design and security As part of the audits, you carry out risk-oriented assessments of the functioning and cost-effectiveness of the business processes and their controls and prepare recommendations for optimising controls and processes You are responsible for the monitoring and further development of internal control systems (IKS) in the individual group companies You ensure compliance with prescribed instructions, guidelines and legal requirements You also work on other strategically relevant projects outside the revision function, unless a conflict of interest arises

You have a degree in Business Administration, with a focus on auditing/controlling/financial and accounting, or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in internal auditing, preferably in an industrial company or in audit, with additional qualification e.g. Certified Internal Auditor You have very good knowledge of regulatory frameworks for listed companies You bring a good, fast understanding, an independent working and a safe occurrence with You have knowledge of the modeling of business processes and process management as well as the analysis of the functional business areas of the company A high level of commitment, self-initiative and willingness to further personal development are desirable Knowledge of accounting and accounting according to national and international standards is advantageous You have a process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as the ability to quickly work into new topics An analytical mindset, communication strength and open handling of colleagues and supervisors complete your profile Local travel to our locations in Europe, USA and Asia is required
