Head of Purchasing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for purchasing in the Lightpower Group with the following priorities: Lightpower trading in Germany and Austria The International Master Distribution of MA Lighting International GmbH The predominantly order-related production of power distributions and cables of our company's own brand Major Lighting

Your tasks include the inventory management of the commercial goods as well as the supplier management of our partly long-term brand partners In close coordination with technology and sales you are responsible for our portfolio and assortment management For customer-specific production of e.g. power distributions and cables of our Major brand, you are responsible for purchasing semi-finished products and components, identifying new suppliers and opting for purchasing external production capacities You opt for our procurement and MRP processes and drive the digitalization of purchasing Your tasks include creating market and price analyses to ensure competitive purchasing conditions You lead and motivate the team that actively supports you in implementing the versatile and responsible tasks

You have a degree and/or further education in purchasing You have several years of professional and leadership experience in technical purchasing; Alternatively, you bring many years of experience in strategic purchasing You are characterized by a pronounced methodological competence in purchasing related to the further development of existing structures and the introduction of new processes You bring a strong IT affinity You convince with a strategic mindset, implementation strength, self-responsibility and team capacity Your knowledge of English is safe in word and writing
