Vehicle control: You carry modern drive vehicles safely and responsibly in rail passenger transport. Passenger transport: You bring our passengers reliably and on time to their destination – day by day. Route operation: You serve independently track and signal systems and always keep an overview. Condition control: You check the operational readiness of our trains and take action if necessary. Maintenance tasks: You carry out minor repairs as well as preparatory and final work on the vehicles. Communication: You inform passengers and customer caregivers in case of operating deviations friendly and professional. Teamwork: You work closely with our customer service providers and other transport partners.

Education: You have at least one qualified primary school or real school degree – ideally also a technical vocational training. Language: You have German knowledge at level B2 (GER). Mobility: You ideally have a driver's license and your own car. Flexibility: You are ready for shiftwork (including weekends and holidays). Personality: You are characterized by sense of responsibility, service orientation and high reliability. Readiness to learn: You want qualified training and bring motivation for your new career.

Safety from the outset: permanent employment contract already with start of training. Fair remuneration: 2.958 € gross/month during the 11-month training. Intensive preparation: Qualified training by experienced trainers in theory and practice. After training you expect: Attractive salary: entrance fee from 3.448 to 3.637 € gross/month plus allowances (250–350 € net). Holiday models: Flexible choice between 26 and 41 holiday days per year.
