Solution Manager Kiosk-Systeme & Digital Experience (m/f/d)

A central part: Our modern information and kiosk systems that are used directly in the club.

Software Architecture & System Design: You are responsible for the setup and fine tuning of our kiosk environments on the set hardware basis. You make sure that software and components are perfectly interlocking. System Engineering & Security: You design and implement high-security operating environments (Windows/Linux) in professional kiosk mode, and you are responsible for seamless system hardening and patch management. Performance & UX optimization: You're the interface to marketing. You ensure that the user interfaces on the terminals perform technically brilliantly and provide an intuitive, responsive user experience. Smart Remote Management: You continue to expand remote maintenance and monitoring to ensure maximum availability and seamless scalability of our nationwide fleet proactively. Innovation Integration: You check how we can integrate new software features, cloud services or interactive marketing tools (e.g. analytics, interfaces) into the existing system landscape.

IT professionals with relevant experience: training, study or cross-entry are second-ranking – your track record is crucial in supporting complex IT infrastructures. Special knowledge in kiosk environments: Ideally, you have already worked with lockdown solutions (e.g. SiteKiosk, FrontFace, Windows Kiosk Mode) and you know how to secure systems against misuse and external access. Hardware confession: You know the specifications of modern terminal components and know exactly how to optimize the software configuration to get the maximum out of the set hardware. ‘ Marketing sense: You have an eye for design and usability. You understand the terminal as a point-of-sale tool that needs to convince visually and functionally. Design will: You think proactive. You do not wait for tasks, but you recognize potential improvements and implement them independently.
