For this exciting and versatile environment, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Procurement (m/w/d) at the next possible time and in an indefinite setting.

This position combines the tasks of the deputy department management with the professional leadership of the team SP – Strategic projects (in each case 50% of jobs). You are responsible for ensuring operational performance, the strategic further development of procurement management and the legally secure management of complex procurement procedures. In this position you take over both leadership responsibility and a central consulting and coordination function towards employees and demand centres.

Graduate degree (Master or Diploma), preferably in Business Administration or Law Multiannual professional experience in public procurement law Proven technical or disciplinary management experience as well as a cooperative, value-adding management style Knowledge of relevant legal standards, in particular in procurement and contract law Very good knowledge of business management and secure computer skills SAP knowledge is advantageous Impressed collaborative capacity, negotiation skills and enforcement capability, as well as a high degree of self-initiative, resilience and flexibility High sense of responsibility and strong decision-making German language skills in word and writing
