For our transport and logistics team we are looking for an organizationally strong and responsible dispatcher (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). In this position, you are responsible for the planning, control and monitoring of our transports and ensure a smooth, timely delivery of our fresh goods.You act as a central interface between warehouses, drivers, freight forwarders and customers and contribute significantly to maintaining quality, time and cost targets. Planning, coordination and disposition of truck transport in local and regional transport Provision of timely collection and delivery of fruit and vegetables Tuning with bearings, goods outlet and layer lines Taxation and maintenance of external forwarding Monitor tours and response to deviations or disturbances Participation in the optimization of transport processes OTHER ACTIVITIES Create and maintain the Tour Plans Communication with drivers and forwarders during ongoing transport Collection and maintenance of transport-relevant data in the MRP or ERP system Processing of transport documents and shipping documents Support in the clarification of delivery deviations and complaints Close cooperation with quality assurance on temperature and quality issues

A completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding, logistics or transport Professional experience in truck disposition or transport logistics, preferably in fresh areas Good knowledge of logistical processes and relevant legal regulations Organisational strength, loadability and pronounced problem-solving competence Communication strength and safe occurrence against drivers, forwardings and internal interfaces Safe handling of MS Office as well as MRP and commodity management systems Willingness to shiftwork and occasional weekend services
