HubSpot Setup: You build our marketing platform for Germany hands-on, test email streams, landing pages, competitions and social connections until every journey enthuses. DAM-Governance: You curate our digital asset management, define upload profiles, eliminate duplicates and make sure that every asset is precisely available. Process architecture: You translate marketing ideas into scalable workflows, harmonize lifecycle stages and integrate the event management module. Interface layout: You connect CRM, HubSpot and Event tools, control external service providers and keep all stakeholders on track. Change management: You train users, promote acceptance and accompany our cultural transformation to real omnichannel experiences.

Technical requirements: You have completed economic studies and well-founded practice in marketing automation and digital projects. Experience: You have been able to gather several-year hand-on expertise with HubSpot or another digital marketing tool, ideally in the pharmaceutical environment. Change management and user activation/communication are also not foreign words for you. Competences: Their strong understanding of processes and technology is complemented by structured project management and prioritization as well as pronounced stakeholder management. Personal strengths: Personally convince us by a sovereign, communicative and proactive appearance. Language skills: Your fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
