Platform Partnerships Manager (m/f/d)

We are one of the few providers in the DACH market that combine an applicant management system with an in-house media agency. This creates a particularly exciting partner ecosystem: on the one hand our ATS Marketplace with digital partner offers, on the other hand strategic media and job exchange partnerships. In this role you have the chance to connect and develop both partner management fields. You opt for existing partner profiles and listings in the Marketplace, identify potentials for lead generation and support the commercial activation of selected media partners. This is not about pure partner management, but about making existing partnerships more visible, measurable and commercially effective - together with sales, marketing and external partners.

Your duties include: Further development of our existing partner landscape in the marketplace and in the media environment. Identification and expansion of lead potentials via affiliate, referral, reselling and marketplace models. Supporting selected media and job exchange partners in the DACH market. Examination of commercial framework conditions, conditions and contractual logics as well as independent management of (after) negotiations. Regular exchange with partners to improve cooperation and strengthen commercial use. KPI-based partner check-ins and derivation of specific optimization measures. Creation of analyses and decision templates on partner performance, market potential, conditions and commercial growth opportunities.

2-3 years of experience in partner, marketplace management or commercial partnerships, ideally in the HR-Tech, recruiting or job advertisement environment. Good market understanding and the ability to identify relevant partners and integrations for our customers. Interest or first experience in the media and job display environment as well as how range and performance are related. Commercial sense and a good understanding of conditions, partner potentials and common growth approaches. Experience in the KPI-based partner control and in deriving concrete measures from performance data. Interest or first experience in optimizing processes and unlocking new automation options using AI-Tools. Ability to coordinate and promote different stakeholders. Very good German and good English skills.
