Preparation and implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting Responsibility for reporting and certification as well as correspondence with authorities and social security institutions Contact person for employees and managers in billing and personal questions Creation of contracts, certificates and certificates as well as maintenance of personal master files and files Working in the staff administration and support of employees over the entire course of employment

Completed, commercial training or comparable, optimally with additional qualification in personnel Experience in the independent implementation of wage and salary bills, ideally in the construction sector Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Safe handling of MS-Office and willingness to work into new EDV programs Joy in dealing with people, structured and careful working and reliability and discretion
