Requirements Manager*in Digitalization and Information Management Regional Energy Transition (m/w/d)

In our regional energy transition department, we bundle our potential to successfully shape the energy transition and the heat transition.

Particular attention is paid to increasing efficiency through digitization and intelligent automation as well as to a coordinated process management. As a request manager*in the ND-DI department, you are the central contact person for the structured recording, evaluation and prioritization of IT requirements within the Regional Energy Transition department. For an orderly communication between disciplines and IT, you will contribute significantly to the successful implementation of digital projects.

You systematically take up requirements from the disciplines, analyze them in terms of feasibility, cost-effectiveness and benefits and translate them into structured IT clients. You prioritise requirements together with the disciplines and align them with domain management and central IT. You accompany the requirements over the entire life cycle – from idea to implementation – and ensure professional control. You document requirements comprehensible and consistent and ensure transparency in the demand portfolio. You participate in the continuous improvement of the requirement management process and introduce your expertise in cross-disciplinary bodies.

You have completed your studies, for example (economic/technical) computer science, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in request management, ideally in the municipal or energy environment. You have a good understanding of business processes and IT systems as well as experience in working with interdisciplinary teams. You work structured, strong communication and solution-oriented. You know agile frameworks from practice and have a good understanding of methods for requirements engineering
