Design the building technology of tomorrow As a R & D building manager, you are responsible for exciting construction projects in the Berlin city area. You control the implementation of electrotechnical systems from execution to commissioning and ensure that appointments, quality and cost-effectiveness remain in sight at any time. Together with our project teams and external partners, you can successfully complete challenging construction projects. You take over the independent construction management and control the electrotechnical structures on demanding construction projects. You coordinate contractors and suppliers and ensure a smooth running on the site. You ensure that costs, dates and quality standards are complied with. You work closely with builders, specialist planners, authorities and internal project teams. You monitor compliance with all safety, quality and execution standards. You accompany acceptances and commissioning and provide a complete project documentation.
