As a workshop manager (m/w/d), at the CUBE Store Berlin-Spandau, Berlin's largest CUBE store, you take the technical and organizational responsibility for our bicycle and e-bike workshop in full time. You carry out the workshop team, ensure a high quality of service and repair and actively participate in the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of bicycles and e-bikes. Your tasks

You run our workshop team in the day-to-day business and develop staff and trainees professionally. You can efficiently organize the workshops at the CUBE Store Berlin-Spandau – from repair acceptance to scheduling to utilization. Repairs, maintenance and diagnostics on bicycles and e-bikes can be carried out professionally. You implement quality policies, control work results and ensure a high quality of repair. Customers are kindly and solution-oriented for service enquiries, technical questions and complaints. Parts sales, repair and documentation of repair work are also part of your task. Basic commercial tasks such as costing, supplier communication and administrative activities are reliable. With the branch line, you work closely together and actively introduce improvements in the workshop operation.

You have a completed training as a two-wheeled mechatronic specialist in bicycle technology or a comparable qualification. A master qualification in two-wheeled crafts or experience in the workshop management is ideal. Experience in repair, maintenance and diagnosis of bicycles and e-bikes will help you. Staff management, team development and the training of young professionals make you happy. Service orientation, reliability and high quality standards are your way of working. You will be safe and communicate clearly with customers, employees and suppliers. Bicycles, e-bikes and modern bicycle technology will delight you. A plus point is a passed training examination. You will receive an unlimited contract of employment in full time. You earn 3,200 to 3,800 euros per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
