Specialist Site Manager SHK - Building Services / Building Services / Internal Service (m/f/d)

From the indoor service you take the central coordination of materials and technicians for our detached projects and thus ensure a smooth construction process. You have the professional leadership over the executive technicians and take responsibility for the professionally correct execution As a direct contact person, you are in close contact with construction managers as well as contractors and aligns all project phases transparently. You actively monitor the progress of the project and control it in a targeted manner to guarantee compliance with dates, costs and quality standards. You carefully document the progress of construction by creating meaningful construction sites and deficiencies reports with MS Office.

You have a degree as SHK-Geselle, Master or Technician (m/w/d) You have professional experience at the construction site, preferably in the new building of single-family houses You work structured, solution-oriented and goal-oriented, reliable and enjoy independent tasks in the team You have good knowledge of German in word and writing, an EU lead licence and a practiced handling of MS-Office
